Please note due to the huge amount of emails I recieve I no longer provide advice for those who are seeking help leaving a toxic relationship. I am unable to offer any therapeutic advice.  If you are looking for therapeutic advice I would suggest you go and speak with your doctor and arrange a visit to a therapist.  For those of you who are in immediate danger please contact your local refuge who may be able to help remove you from immediate harm.
