How Sociopaths Mess with your Head

After being asked to do a guest post for Lovefraud Sarah Strudwick was coaching one of her clients who came up with an analogy of how she felt like her head had been in a washing machine for most of the time she had been in relationship with her psychopathic partner.

Often they come up with the most amazing mind bogglingly creative ways in which they can mess with our heads including gaslighting, verbal abuse, mind games and so on.
